210kW fuel cell system

Equipped with a new generation of system control model, with online high-speed reactor state monitoring and active water management control, based on long life and high efficiency durability control strategy, etc., the performance of the product in high power, high temperature resistance, high reliability and low hydrogen consumption is comprehensively improved, and it is highly suitable for high-power application scenarios such as dump trucks, heavy tractors, ships, large construction machinery, hydrogen energy storage and power generation, etc.

200kW fuel cell stack

150kW fuel cell stack

The product integrates completely independent high-performance and high-durability membrane electrode and plate process technology, high-durability stack sealing technology, stack assembly matching technology and uniform distribution technology, and multiphysics coupling simulation technology of stack and its components.

100kW fuel cell stack

The rated power of the single reactor exceeds 100kW, the design life exceeds 15000h, and the volume specific power exceeds 4.0kW/L, which can be started at minus 30 ℃.

60kW fuel cell stack

The rated power of the single reactor reaches 60kW, the design life exceeds 10000h, the volume specific power exceeds 3.2kW/L, and the start-up can be realized at minus 30 ℃.

Membrane electrode system

Platinum-based catalyst with low load, high activity and high durability; ultra-thin composite membrane material with physical and chemical enhancement; flexible diffusion layer with high air permeability and hydrophobic matching; preparation process with high dispersion slurry and material utilization rate, power density up to 1.5W/cm2.

Metallic bipolar plate series

It has independent simulation technology of flow field of high-performance bipolar plate, stamping simulation technology, high-efficiency anti-warping laser welding technology and long-lasting surface treatment technology. The dimensional accuracy tolerance of unipolar plate forming thickness is 10μm, and the warpage is less than 2mm; The coating of bipolar plate has excellent electrical conductivity, hydrophobic water contact angle is greater than 110, and the comprehensive surface performance is better than DOE technical index of the United States.
